I love the overall feel of this piece! It's so whimsical, and it reminds me of the way I feel moments before I wake up from a deep dream. Like you're creating something crazy and amazing with your mind and it's seconds away from disappearing.. That's how I feel for this, anyway. The color scheme is great too, the brilliant yellows and reds compliment the cool blue/violet and grays quite nicely. I also love the detail put into the girl and the metallic structures! I only wish the image were a bit bigger to see them, though :/
Speaking of which, the clouds play quite in an important role in this artwork, giving a feeling of deep perspective, vastness, and they also aid the perspective. However I can't help but feel that some parts of the clouds are underdone, and look blurry next to the sharp precision of the buildings and the other metal objects. The misty white "clouds" seem like they were thrown at the last minute and cover the structure in an awkward way.. It kind of breaks the diagonal motion and the perspective. I also feel that the structures should be deformed in function of the same perspective. Lastly, I find that the eye in the clouds, if you'll excuse the expression, sticks out like a sore thumb. It's got that unfinished blurry look that the clouds have, and I don't find it adds much to the subject.
Anyway I hope you didn't mind my little critique there. Besides these things I took the liberty of pointing out, everything looks stunning. I honestly love this piece, excellent job.
